Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionalities provided through our services, including the Ad Launcher, are the exclusive property of Skyrise Digital and are protected under United States and international intellectual property laws. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, selling, or leasing any part of our services or their content. Additionally, reverse-engineering or attempting to extract the source code of our software or platform is strictly forbidden. All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed remain the property of their respective owners and cannot be used without prior permission.

Usage Restrictions

By using our platform, you agree to refrain from engaging in activities that could disrupt, damage, or overload its functionality. This includes creating or promoting illegal or prohibited content, violating advertising policies set forth by Meta (Facebook and Instagram) or Google Ads, and misusing the platform in any way that could impair its proper operation.

Data Privacy

Your privacy is a priority for us. By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement and can be accessed through the link provided on our website.

Fees and Payment

Our services are offered under the pricing structure outlined on our website or service agreements. Payments are due at the beginning of each subscription period and are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing. Failure to submit payment on time may result in the suspension or termination of your services.

Ad Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your advertisements comply with the advertising policies of the platforms you choose to use. This includes, but is not limited to, Meta Advertising Policies for Facebook and Instagram campaigns, as well as Google Ads Policies for search campaigns. Skyrise Digital is not liable for ad rejections, account suspensions, or other consequences arising from policy violations.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Skyrise Digital provides its services "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees or warranties, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform or services.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyrise Digital, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, profits, or data, as well as ad account suspensions or penalties imposed by Facebook, Instagram, or Google.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida.

Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the complete understanding between you and Skyrise Digital, superseding any prior agreements, communications, or understandings related to our services.
